Kochi: Kerala tourism is gearing up to reopen in October after a 6 month long shutdown due to Covid19.  A recent meeting of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) representatives with the Tourism Minister Kadakampally Surendran has agreed to reopen the tourism centers in state in the month of October.

A detailed report on the standard operating procedures for reopening the tourism centers was prepared by the tourism department And the official announcement is expected from the Chief Minister of Kerala once the necessary guidelines are set in place.
