For peak season from Dec 15th to Jan 15th, the cancellation charge on KTDC hotels booking start from 10% to 100%.  Below we present the amount of refund along with the date limit:

• 21 days before the date of arrival –  90% refund
• 15 days before the date of arrival –  75% refund
• 10 days before the date of arrival –  50% refund
• 09 days before the date of arrival –  No refund and the advance paid will be forfeited.

For season and off-season from Jan 16th to Dec 14th the cancellation charge on KTDC hotels booking start from 10% to 100%.  Below we present the amount of refund along with the date limit:

• 14 days before the date of arrival –  90% refund
• 10 days before the date of arrival –  75% refund
• 05 days before the date of arrival –  50% refund
• 04 days before the date of arrival –  No refund and the advance paid will be forfeited.

Cancellation Rules

• Cancellation of KTDC Hotel Booking can be made by calling the KTDC Central Reservation Centre at Thiruvananthapuram.
